BASHER NI KRIS AQUINO NAGULAT NG PERSONAL SIYANG BIGYAN NG HALO-HALO MATAPOS SIYANG I-BASH NITO!

Trust the one and only Kris Aquino to turn something negative into positive – by staying true to her promise and doing it with so much flair and fanfare.



Yes, it’s true. The Queen of Talk gave out halo-halo to people #ParaYouCanChill.



In fact, this was her most over-the-top response to one internet troll who decided to rain on her social media post. The basher was shut down in the most iconic, Krissy way.



It began when Kris shared an innocuous post on Instagram about how she bonds with her son Bimby after a long day at work. The photo shows her and her son eating a snack of siopao in bed, while doing a subtle endorsement of her brand.



Since everyone lives for the gems they find in the comments section, one netizen boldly did what others couldn’t: finding fault with her action and quickly calling out Kris for it.



In true Kris fashion, she replied with wit and a bit of product promotion: “OMG. Parang may napatay na ako sa level ng galit mo. Can I send you Chowking halo-halo para you can chill?”



Since then, her post became viral, with Chowking and Kris capitalizing on the humorous, epic clapback.



On the official Facebook page of Kris Aquino, a 15-minute video documenting her mission of giving out halo-halo and siopao to people was uploaded last October 13. It is now viral with more than 224,000 views, 12,000 likes, and 679 comments. Likewise, the clip was shared more than 1,082 times since its posting.



She captioned the video with a cleverly worded post on how she rarely comments back at bashers. “I think alam nyo nabihira akong “pumitik”, she said, “pero pag medyo walang sense talaga, i’ll treat the incident with as much humorous wisdom as I can muster.”



Kris first dropped by the Ali Mall branch of Chowking to pick up the food that will be delivered to her chosen recipients: packing lauriat meals, siopao, and halo-halo.



She visited Ramon Magsaysay (Cubao) National High School because 1) Ramon Magsaysay was her grandparent’s ninong and ninang, and 2) Kris loves teachers.



Her last stop was a call center to distribute merienda for a certain Jared James and his officemates. She even said, “Share na natin for everybody #ParaYouCanChill,” taking cue from her infamous clapback.

Of course, we’re still waiting if Kris will also give halo-halo to the original basher. After all, if it wasn’t for him/her, we wouldn’t get to see the Queen of All Media handing out these goodies from Chowking.
