Despite how hard it was and how shameful it has been, the parents of Mary Jane Saura traveled all the way from Pangasinan to Manila to file a complaint against her boyfriend Jason Dela Cruz and his live-in partner Michelle Ingco for allegedly uploading Mary Jane’s nude photos on social media.
In a recent episode of “Raffy Tulfo in Action,” Mary Jane’s mother said it was Michelle who was spreading her daughter’s private photos on Facebook. She told Raffy that Mary Jane did not know that Michelle took the naked pictures from Jason’s phone. The program then called Mary Jane, who is currently in Hong Kong, and she confessed that it was not the first time that the live-in couple allegedly did it.
Ang sabi nya gagawin nya daw lahat para hindi sya matalo,” Mary Jane said while she was heard crying.
Mary Jane also shared that Jason apparently told her that he and Michelle already separated, but the latter kept on insisting they are not as she is currently pregnant with their fourth child. Later on, Michelle denied the allegations that it was her who published Mary Jane’s photos on social media.
Raffy then accused Jason of framing Michelle and he is now suspected as the real culprit behind uploading Mary Jane’s nude photos on the web. But upon calling Capt. Artemio Cinco of the Philippine National Police (PNP)-Anti-cybercrime Group, the live-in couple may both face charges for violating the Republic Act (R.A.) 9995 and be imprisoned for six years or more.
Jason and Mary Jane had the chance to talk through the phone, and the former kept on apologizing to the victim. But Mary Jane wanted them to take full responsibility.
Binabalewala ko lang,” she went on.

Balitang balita sa atin,” the mother said while in tears.
Binabalewala ko lang,” she went on.
The victim is currently waiting for the Special Power of Mary Jane’s attorney. Once she acquires it, Mary Jane’s family will proceed on filing charges against Jason and Michelle with the help of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG)-Cybercrime.
