JOEY DE LEON NABIGKAS NG HINDI INAASAHAN ANG PANGALAN NG ANAK KILA PAULEEN LUNA AT VOC SOTTO!

Kapuso power couple Pauleen Luna and Vic Sotto finally welcomed their first baby daughter on Monday, Nov. 6. The good news was announced by the veteran actor-comedian-host himself during the “Juan For All, All For Juan” segment of “Eat Bulaga.” The celebrity couple’s friends are happy for them, including one of Vic’s closest dabarkads, Joey de Leon.

Vic has not provided any details regarding their baby apart from telling the dabarkads that their newborn has a lot of hair. Although he did promise that he will show photos of his and Pauleen’s baby soon. He also mentioned that his newborn baby’s birthday was just a few days before Pauleen’s birthday. Pauleen will be turning 29 on Friday, Nov. 10.

On Instagram, fellow EB host Ruby Rodriguez and Pauleen’s mom Chat Luna posted pictures of the couple’s newborn baby on their respective accounts. The actress’ mother captured the moment when the baby’s tiny hand clung to her finger. Ruby, on the other hand, took a selfie with the baby but covered the infant’s with a heart sticker when she uploaded the photo. She did so in order to protect the child’s privacy and as a show of respect to Vic and Pauleen.

However, during the press conference for the upcoming film “Barbi D’ Wonder Beki,” Joey de Leon may have accidentally spilled the name of Pauleen and Vic’s baby. As the veteran actor congratulated his friends “Bossing” and “Poleng,” Joey said:

“Congrats Poleng and pareng Vic. Ang daming buhok, nakita ko nu’ng ipinakita sa akin ni Vic nu’ng unang araw. Talita? si Talita. Makikita n’yo rin siya, papakita n’ya raw sa ‘Bulaga.”

We can recall that the couple jested that their baby’s name would be “Jessica Sotto” a play on Kapuso broadcaster Jessica Soho. They also hinted at their child’s name by lovingly calling her “Baby T.”

Vic and Pauleen started dating in 2011, but they only publicly admitted to their relationship in 2013. Despite the criticisms that they faced throughout their relationship, they proved that their bond was stronger than their age gap. In 2016, they finally tied the knot after announcing their engagement in 2015.
