When Isabel Granada’s remains finally reached Santuario de San Jose Parish in East Greenhills, there were already a lot of celebrity mourners who have visited right away to pay their respect. Isabel Granada was a known actress for being part of the reality television series: “Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Doubles Showdown” (2008) and her guestings in shows like “Eat Bulaga!”, “Pepito Manaloto,” and “Got To Believe.”

On the first night of the wake, the heavy pouring of the rain brought by typhoon “Salome,” was not a hindrance to the visitors who came and mourned along with the family of Isabel.

According to ABS-CBN News’ MJ Felipe, some of the celebrities who visited the late actress included Elmo Magalona and Janella Salvador.

“JUST IN: Isabel Granada is now here at Sanctuario de SanJose chapel in Greenhills. Ex-husband Jericho Aguas is here together with family friends, Bianca Lapus, Janella Salvador and Elmo Magalona.”

Apparently, the two young stars have worked with the 41-year-old celebrity for a TV special before.

Besides the organizers of the wake; Bianca Lapus, Nadia Montenegro, and Chuckie Dreyfus, there were also a few more celebrities who visited.

It was like a mini reunion for Isabel Granada’s co-workers in the youth-oriented show that aired from 1986 to 1996, “That’s Entertainment” because they were also present during the first night. Manilyn Reynes, Lotlot de Leon, Sunshine Cruz, Jennifer Sevilla, Ana Roces, Patricia Javier, Shirley Fuentes, Romnick Sarmenta, Harlene Bautista were just some of her celebrity batchmates who visited.

Other celebrities like Bibeth Orteza and husband Carlitos Siguion-Reyna, Ynez Veneracion, Eric Fructuoso and Paolo Ballesteros paid their respect as well.
