ASAWA NI ISABEL GRANADA NAG BIGAY NG UPDATE TUNGKOL SA KANYANG PAGKA-COMATOSE

Actress Isabel Granada was immediately brought to a hospital in Doha, Qatar after she suddenly collapsed last Tuesday, October 24. According to reports of PEP.ph, the actress suffered from several cardiac arrests resulting from massive bleeding in the head. Isabel is in Qatar with her husband, Arnel Principe-Cowley, as the celebrity speaker in the Philippine Trade Tourism Conference.





Since there had been unsavory news about the actress’ condition, her husband wanted to set the record straight: that Isabel is still alive and fighting, but in a coma.





Based on the blog of showbiz website, Fashion Pulis, Isabel’s husband reportedly issued an official statement regarding her condition. Former actor and blogger Chuckie Dreyfus, Isabel’s former onscreen partner, shared the following on his Facebook page:





News about Isabel’s critical condition broke out early Wednesday morning when the actress’ friend, Lalaine Bianca Lapus, asked for prayers on Facebook. According to Bianca, concert producer Robby Tarroza initially relayed the information to her.





However, things got out of control when false news about the actress’ demise spread like wildfire. This triggered a round of angry posts from Isabel’s friends and loved ones, insisting that Isabel’s vital signs are stable. According to Robby, she will be prepped for surgery soon.



Bianca took to Facebook and said that the medical staff of the hospital is not allowed to disclose any information about the patient. Moreover, only Isabel’s attending physician and the hospital are allowed to reveal her condition.



She wrote, in part: “But just to clear the false news. she is still in the ICU in a coma and still fighting pending for operation na sya inaantay lng maging stable.
